Suryakumar Yadav has crossed the 600-run mark and has done so for the second time. Earlier, he did this feat in the year 2023. Surya is continuously blazing with the bat this season.

Suryakumar completed 8,500 T20 runs by scoring more than 25 runs in the match for the 14th time. He achieved this feat in his 323rd match. The Indian batsman has so far scored six centuries and 58 half-centuries in T20.

More than 4,100 of Surya's T20 runs have come in the IPL. Suryakumar has become the fifth Indian batsman to score more than 8,500 runs in T20.

Virat Kohli is on top with 13,434 runs. Rohit Sharma is second with over 12,000 runs, followed by Shikhar Dhawan (9,797) and Suresh Raina (8,654). Suryakumar is the only Indian to score over 1,000 T20 runs in a calendar year.

Surya scored 1,164 runs in 31 T20s in 2022 at a brilliant strike rate of 187.43. His tally includes two centuries and nine half-centuries. Earlier this season, Suryakumar joined several legends in IPL history to score 4,000 runs.

Surya achieved the feat in his 160th match (145 innings). His IPL scores include two centuries and 28 half-centuries. Suryakumar has a strike rate of over 148, the highest among Indians with over 4,000 runs. Overall, only AB de Villiers, Jos Buttler and Chris Gayle are ahead of SKY.
