WIDE! Slower ball, on a length and wide outside off. Holder looks to drag it leg side but misses and a wide is given. SRH have reviewed it, though. The third umpire is called into action. Replays show that the ball is comfortably outside the revised guideline and it stays a wide.

Low full toss on off, Holder pushes it away towards cover and pinches a single.

FIFTY up for Washington Sundar, could end up being the differentiator between the two sides, this inning. Slower ball, into the pitch and right at the batter. Sundar is a bit taken aback as he leans to the off side and fends it away wide of the short fine leg fielder for a single.

Hard length over middle, angling in, hit away across through mid-wicket for just one more.

OUT! CAUGHT! A deceptive slower ball and this is turning out to be a fine final over from Sakib Hussain. Bowled just back of a length and outside off. It is the off cutter that grips and Washington Sundar is way too early into the attempted pull. Sundar can't even swing fully across the line and ends up getting a top edge towards the square leg region. The keeper, Ishan Kishan, jogs after it but soon realises that he has a lot of ground to cover and puts on the afterburners, diving forward and taking a brilliant catch.

FOUR! Gets it away, does Rahul Tewatia and Gujarat Titans finish with 168/5 on the board. This is bowled short and at the batter. Tewatia manages to get inside the line and he helps the pull well wide of fine leg, to the right of the fielder down there and picks up a boundary to end the first innings.

Dropped! Can we even call it that? A full toss around off, Jason Holder smacks it flat and straight back. Eshan Malinga sticks out his right hand on the follow-through, and the ball bursts through for a single.

FOUR! The shorter deliveries aren't quite doing the trick for the bowlers on this deck. Dropped well short over off, Sundar hangs back and climbs into the pull, nailing it in front of square on the leg side for a boundary.

Much better from Malinga. In the blockhole, on middle and leg, jammed down to deep mid-wicket for one.

WIDE! Too high. Slower bumper, dug in well short and outside off. Holder lets it go.

Full and straight, a hint of reverse on this occasion. Holder hangs deep in the crease and drills it down to long off for a run.

FOUR! Washington Sundar brings up GT's 150 in style. Attempted yorker, slanted across off and middle, Sundar lunges across towards the off side, reaches out in front and laps the ball over the leapig fielder at short fine leg for a boundary.

SIX! How's he managed to do that? Incredible from Washington Sundar. Full and quick, attacking leg stump. Sundar looks for the flick again, but the ball dips and Sundar ends up falling, but he manages to still power it across and over deep square leg for a six. 18 off the over, a big one in terms of this innings.

Swing and a miss! Bashed on a hard length around off, angling back in. Holder has a wallop across the line but fails to connect.

A low full toss now, outside off, hit away down to long on for just a single. Good start to the over from Hinge.

FOUR! Crashed through the off side. Back of a length and outside off, Washington Sundar backs away, opens the bat face and uses the wrists to scythe it away between point and cover for a boundary.

A slower bumper now, dug in well short and over off stump. Sundar gets his bat up above his head and tries to get it away but can't. Interestingly, they don't even review it for a potential wide.

Very full, attacking the off stump, Sundar pushes it through mid off and turns the strike over.

Very full again, angled across off. Holder comes forward, converts it into a full toss and pummels it down to long on for just one more.

A full-length ball, angled well across the off stump. Washington Sundar hangs back and makes room before hitting it down to long off for just a single.

OUT! CAUGHT! A bit of cat and mouse between the batter and bowler and it is Sakib Hussain who comes out on top. Sai Sudharsan moves around in the crease and Sakib tries to slide a yorker in at the toes. Sudharsan gets a bit forward and tries to flick but changes his grip at the last second and reverse-ramps it on the full. The ball goes straight to short third, where Praful Hinge takes the catch with a crocodile cup. End of a top knock from Sudharsan.

Short of a length, at the batter, Jason Holder walks down the pitch and tucks it between long on and deep mid-wicket for a brace.

Pitched fuller and wide outside off, Holder reaches for it and taps it behind point for a single.

That's a fine delivery. A yorker on middle and leg, at 140.7 kph, Washington Sundar nearly gets nutmegged but manages to dig it out on the leg side.

WIDE! Full again but spilled down the leg side. Sundar tries to sweep it away but misses.

WIDE! And again. Fuller one, trying to attack the pads but Sakib gets his radar wrong as this one is a fair bit down leg as well.

FOUR! The extra ball costs Hussain and SRH dearly. Another full ball, this time on the leg stump and Washington Sundar is ready for it. He sets base deep in the crease and whips it towards cow corner for a boundary.

Full and on leg at 142.6 kph, punched with a straight bat and firmly down to long on for a run.

FOUR! Into the gap. Slower one, dragged down around off. Sai Sudharsan gets in position quickly and muscles the pull between long on and deep mid-wicket for a boundary. Sudharsan brings up 500 runs in IPL 2026 as well.

Very full on off, Sudharsan stays deep in the crease and hits it out to long off for one.

Another slower one, slightly into the pitch and wide outside off. Sundar reaches for it and slaps it wide of long off. Abhishek Sharma runs to his right and overruns the ball a bit, allowing the batters to complete the second run with ease.

Half an appeal for LBW, turned down. A full toss around leg stump, Sundar gets low to whip it away but misses and the ball thuds into the pads.

The yorker length now, on leg stump, jammed across through mid-wicket for a single.

FOUR! Oh, that's a shot and a half. Cummins serves it on a good length and outside off, Washington Sundar stays still and just extends his arms, lifting it inside-out over extra cover for a boundary.

Oh, that should have been put away. Full toss from Pat, just outside off, Sundar is on the back foot and can only manage to push it out towards cover.

Cummins switches to over the wicket now and bowls a yorker, just outside off. Sundar digs it out in front of point and scampers through for a single.

Back to around the wicket to Sudharsan. Slower one, into the pitch and around off. Sudharsan gets inside the line and pulls it to the right of deep square leg for one more.

That's a top delivery. Another yorker, on the fifth stump line and slipped under the bat with perfection. Sundar gets low to try and squeeze it away but fails to do so.

On the money again and Pat Cummins finishes off a fine spell with figures of 4-0-20-1. A straight yorker this time, Sundar splits the legs and toe-ends it into the leg side, picking up a single. The 50-run stand is up between these two as well.

Pitches it very full, does Kumar, on off and middle. Sundar nudges it from his front foot to long on for a single.

FOUR! FIFTY for Sai Sudharsan, his 6th 50-plus score of the season, according to Murali Kartik on air. This is floated full and on leg stump. Sudharsan sits down and shovels it well behind square leg for a boundary. A well-crafted knock from the southpaw.

Slower through the air, around the leg stump, fuller in length. Sai Sudharsan clips it to the deep square leg region and gets a brace. The 100 is up for GT.

Flatter one, fired in fuller around off, Sudharsan plays a cross-batted swat down to wide long on for a run.

FOUR! Now that's what a clean strike looks like. A touch fuller, outside off. Washington Sundar clears his front foot, loads his arm and punches it with a cross-bat through the cover region for four runs.

Oh, just short of the fielder in the deep. Tossed up on off, inviting the drive and Washington Sundar looks to take it on. Sundar lunges and lofts the ball away but without much timing. It goes on the bounce to Heinrich Klaasen at long on and Sundar picks up a single. 13 off the over.

Full-length delivery, around the pads of the batter. Sai Sudharsan tucks it with soft hands toward the vacant square leg region. The fielder comes charging in from the deep and fumbles a bit while collecting. The batter gets enough time to get back for a couple.

SIX! Slower one, picked to perfection by Sai Sudharsan. Pitched up on off, angling away. Sudharsan goes on one knee and lifts it cleanly over long off for a welcome biggie.

On a good length, on off, Sai Sudharsan cuts it to the left of deep third for a single.

Hard length, angled across off, Sundar hits on the up but undercuts the ball and it goes down to long off for a single.

Slanting across the off stump, offering some width this time, pitching on a good length. Sai Sudharsan crouches a bit low to cut at it, but the ball stays low and beats the under edge.

Good comeback from Sakib after conceding that six. Hammers the ball on a hard length and bowls it around leg, Sudharsan taps it down to mid-wicket.

Shivang Kumar joins the attack now. He bowls it full on off. Sundar closes the face of the bat, leaning on the delivery to flick it to square leg. Single taken.

WIDE! Flatter one, pitched well down the leg side and left alone by Sudharsan.

WIDE! Another one. A tad quicker and fuller but slipped down the leg side as well by Shivang.

Gets it right this time, does Kumar. Nagging length, lands it on middle and angles it in. Sudharsan nurdles it 'round the corner on the leg side and picks up a single.

Short, outside off, Washington Sundar punches it to cover from his back foot.

On off and middle, holds in the pitch a bit and turns away. Sundar stays back and whips it back past the bowler, to his left and for a single.

Wrong'un on off, pitching it fuller. Sai Sudharsan lunges and rolls his wrists to clip it to square leg and gets a single.

Oh, that's come back in a fair bit. Good length outside off, Washington Sundar sets up to cut, but the ball turns back in a long way and Sundar does well to jam it out towards short third. Tidy start for Shivang, 6 runs off it.

Malinga starts with a full delivery, on off. Sai Sudharsan nudges it to square leg.

Fuller than a good length, sliding across off. Sai Sudharsan plays it on the up and to the left of mid off for a single.

Pitches it up once again, does Malinga, just outside the off stump. Washington Sundar leans on the delivery and drives it to long off to get another single.

Malinga jams one in the blockhole and just outside off. Sudharsan hangs deep and slashes it away past the point fielder and picks up a couple of runs in the deep.

SIX! Short and punished! It was turning out to be an excellent over from Malinga. Short of a length, angling it away from the batter. Sai Sudharsan skips down the deck and flashes it over the point fence for half a dozen.

Oh, that is so unlucky! Malinga goes back to bowling it full and pitches it on off stump. Sudharsan drills the straight drive, but unfortunately for him, the ball hits the bat of Washington Sundar at the other end and stops a certain boundary. Still, 10 runs off it.

Cummins goes around the wicket and bowls a back-of-a-length delivery, outside off. Sai Sudharsan looks to slap it through cover, but ends up getting a thick inside edge, which goes behind the stumps toward the keeper.

Dug in short, angled in, on middle. Sudharsan swivels and gets his hands high to hook it to deep backward square leg. They cross.

OUT! CAUGHT! Pat Cummins breaks through as he so often does for whichever side he plays. The slower ball does the trick for the SRH skipper. Takes pace off and serves it on a length, on off. Sindhu plants his front foot towards the pitch of the ball, and he tries to clear the long off fence. He goes through the line but fails to pick up the change of pace. He is early into the lofted hit, and it goes only as far as long off, where Heinrich Klaasen makes no mistake. The 38-run stand has been broken. GT are 64/3.

FOUR! Not entirely from the middle of the bat, but Sundar will take those runs. This one is fuller, on the sixth stump. Washington Sundar lunges toward the delivery and looks to go down the ground. Ends up getting the connection from the inner part of his bat. The ball goes back over the bowler's head and down to the long on region for four runs.

Beaten! On a good length, in the channel. Sundar fiddles at it and is beaten on the outside edge.

Slanting in, on middle and leg. Sundar taps it to mid on from the crease.

Sakib Hussain starts from over the wicket and bowls on a good length, on middle. Sai Sudharsan clips it to square leg and gets across for a single.

Lands it on a nagging length, on off. Sindhu punches it wide of the cover fielder. They think about the single but eventually decide against it and rightly so, as the fielder was quick to the ball.

Hussain hits the hard length, angling it away, around off. Nishant Sindhu pulls it from the inner half of his bat through square leg for a single.

FOUR! Lovely shot! On the fuller side, going away with the angle. Sudharsan extends his hands and meets the ball right under his eyes. He plays a punchy drive to the right of the cover fielder and the deep fielder stands no chance.

Back of a length, just outside off. Sai Sudharsan pulls it with control, but straight to the short mid-wicket fielder. 

Rolls his fingers over the ball, on a short of a length, on middle. Sai turns it in front of square leg and crosses over. The throw is lobbed towards the bowling end and hits the stumps, but Sudharsan was well in.

FOUR! CRACKED! Eshan Malinga scoots from over the wicket and bowls it on a back of a length, outside off. Sai Sudharsan hangs back, frees his arms and cuts it to the right of backward point for four more runs. The 50 is up for GT.

Into the surface, around leg. Sai shovels it down to deep fine leg for a single.

Beaten! Good-length delivery, outside off, Nishant Sindhu prods halfway toward the delivery and tries to punch it to cover, but gets beaten on the outside edge.

Lands it on a back of a length, on off and middle. Sindhu knocks it off the back foot wide of cover and gets to the other end.

Malinga aims for a yorker this time, but ends up slipping a low full toss on middle. Sai Sudharsan rolls his wrists and flicks it to the right of the deep square leg fielder for a couple of runs.

At the sticks, the ball keeps a bit low, on a short of a length. Sudharsan makes room to force it away on the off side. Ends up chopping it down in front of point. Single taken.

Nitish Kumar Reddy comes from around the wicket. Back of a length, just outside off. Sai Sudharsan comes down the track and dabs it to cover.

Pushes the length up, on off. Sudharsan goes hard on the drive. The bat turns in his hand and he slices it off the outer half but wide of backward point for a single.

SIX! That has been smoked away! Another back-of-a-length delivery from Reddy, angling in, around off. Nishant Sindhu gets on his back foot and pulls it up and over the deep mid-wicket fence for half a dozen.

Wonderful effort! Reddy slips in the short ball, over off. Nishant Sindhu arches back and uses the pace to play the uppercut. Praful Hinge has been cleverly placed at a fine deep third. He moves to his right and leaps to take the catch. Praful lobs the ball back in play before going over the ropes. Hinge slips after going beyond the fence and cannot get to the ball in time to complete the catch. Two runs taken.

Reddy bends his back and offers a well-directed bouncer, on middle. Nishant Sindhu gets on his toes and dabs it back to the bowler.

FOUR! Hit with real authority! Fuller now by Reddy, outside off. Sindhu gets the width to free his arms and he climbs onto it. Gets his hands through the ball and pumps it over wide mid off for a boundary. A productive over for the Titans. 13 runs off it.

OUT! CAUGHT BEHIND! SRH get the review right, and their joy knows no bounds. First Gill, now Buttler, two big wickets for Praful Hinge. Tailing back in sharply, on a length, going down leg from middle. Buttler walks across and hangs low but fails to lay any bat on the scoop. Ishan Kishan moves to his left and snaffles it. He goes up in an appeal, as does Praful Hinge. Praful feels there is a deflection, and Pat Cummins takes the review with a couple of seconds left on the timer. The UltraEdge comes up with a spike, confirming bat's involvement. The on-field decision is overturned. GT are now 26/2.

Greets Sindhu with a bumper, over the left shoulder. Nishant drops his wrists and sways away to let it go.

FOUR! Top shot! Fractionally wide but enough for Sindhu to cash in. Nishant leans into the length ball and plays the square drive through point. He picks up a boundary to get going.

Goes wide on the crease on the around-the-wicket angle and tightens his line too. Fuller and on the off stump. Sindhu covers the line and defends.

Bends his back and digs it in short, on off. A late decision from Nishant to play the upper-cut but he fails to connect.

FOUR! One bounce and over the ropes! At 134.2 kph, this is bowled on a back of a length, on off. Nishant Sindhu gives the bowler the charge and stays leg side of the ball to slam it over cover for his second boundary. That's the Powerplay done with GT being 34/2. According to Murali Kartik, this is Gujarat's lowest Powerplay score of the season.

FOUR! Gets it through! Reddy goes full in search of swing but dishes out a half-volley, on middle and leg. Buttler's head does not fall over and he stays balanced at the crease. Flicks it just wide of mid-wicket, where Sakib Hussain is late to get low to his right, and the ball races past him for a boundary.

Stays full, on off. Buttler takes a step down the track but ends up yorking himself. Squeezes it out onto the pads.

Leg bye! Reddy lands it on a good length, outside off. Buttler takes a step across the stumps for the scoop but the ball goes under the bat to catch him on the pads. The ball deflects away towards backward point for a leg bye.

Fuller now, around off. Sai Sudharsan gets forward and plays a punchy drive to mid off.

Hits the good length at 136.3 kph, on middle. Sudharsan tries to flick it away but the ball nips away a bit. Gets a soft leading edge and the ball rolls towards NKR.

Ambitious attempt! This is on a back of a length, over middle. Sai Sudharsan shuffles across the stumps and gets low, trying to scoop but misses.

Serves it on a good length, across off. Sai punches it through point and picks up a single.

Cummins goes full, outside off. Buttler extends his hands, looking to caress it through the off side. The ball goes off the outer half to the left of deep point for a couple of runs.

Hurls it on a good length, outside off. Jos Buttler shoulders arms.

A play and a miss! Cummins errs in line as he offers width, fractionally short. Buttler does not go hard on the cut and has a tentative push at it. Gets beaten on the outside edge.

Leg bye! Slanting in at the hips, on a back of a length. Jos fails to lay any bat on the glance. A leg bye is taken as the ball goes behind off the thigh pad.

Nice and tight, in and around the off pole, on a good length. Sai Sudharsan walks down the track and blocks it off.

Missed out! Drifting down leg, on a length. Gill fails to help it away and the ball goes behind off the pads. Ishan Kishan moves to his left and he gets low to make the stop.

OUT! CAUGHT! Praful Hinge hands SRH an early wicket and it is the big one of the GT skipper. Hinge pushes the length up, on off and middle. A bit of shape back into the right-hander. Gill brings his bottom hand into play and jabs at it. The ball is a bit too full for Shubman to get under it and he fails to find the elevation. Hits it flat to mid on, where Heinrich Klaasen gets his hands forward and takes a good, low catch.

In the channel, on a good length. Buttler leans forward and taps it to the man at a catching cover.

Jos is off the mark! Swinging back in, on a length, on off and middle. Buttler walks across the stumps and flicks it to deep backward square leg for a single.

From around the wicket, honing in on the off stump, on a nagging length. Sai looks to defend it right under his eyes. The ball rolls behind the stumps on the leg side off the face of the blade. Single taken.

Beaten! End of a successful first over for Hinge. In the corridor of uncertainty, bowled on a good length. A loose poke by Buttler but he is lucky not to nick this one behind.

FOUR! Class written all over it! Floated up by Reddy from over the wicket. Full and curving away from the left-hander. Sudharsan presses onto the front foot and just times the drive between cover and mid off for the first boundary of the game.

Uppish but safe! Tigther line this time, on middle and leg, on a length. The ball holds up in the surface as Sai looks to work it away on the leg side. Spoons it uppishly but away from the bowler to his left.

Almost chopped it back onto the stumps! Very full, going across off. Sudharsan extends his hands to jam it out. Ekes out an inside edge and the ball goes past the stumps, behind on the leg side for a run.

PUT DOWN! It went at a good height but it was one of those chances that just stick. Seam-up ball, full in length, on the off pole. Gill looks to drive it down the ground but the ball comes on slower than he expected. He chips it back towards the bowler. Reddy sticks out the right hand as the ball comes to him at chest height. The ball hits him on the palm and drops down on the strip.

FOUR! Width offered and Gill cashes in! Short and wide on off by Reddy, there to be put away. Shubman hangs back, extends his hands and slaps it to the right of deep backward point for a four.

Not in control! Fuller now, moving away in the air, outside off. Shubman Gill dances down the track, looking to go down the ground, more over mid on. The ball curves away to catch a leading edge. It lands well in front of the man at deep backward point. They cross.

Right on the money! Nice and full, wobble seam ball, attacking the front pad. It seams away a touch and Sudharsan pats it back to Cummins.

Drags the length back a bit, on middle and leg. Sai brings his wrists into play and turns it to the left of deep backward square leg. Sudharsan has to hurry to complete the second run and he gets home before the throw comes in. Sai and the Titans are underway.

Fuller and attacking the sticks. Sudharsan stays balanced at the crease and plays a wristy flick between mid-wicket and mid on. The ball does not have enough legs to reach the fence and the mid on fielder hauls it in with a slide. The converging mid-wicket fielder mops it up. Another couple for Sai.

Lands it on a good length, around leg. Sai clips it off the pads behind square leg and turns the strike over.

Angled into the right-hander at 141.7 kph, on a good length. The ball seems to have stopped a bit on Gill, who checks his shot as he works it to mid-wicket.
