Shorter in length and at the batter, Rana nudges it down through the square leg region and picks up a single.

Foulkes comes around the wicket to the left-hander. He nails the wide yorker and Dube cannot lay a bat on it.

Hard length, darted into middle and leg. Dube whips it away to deep mid-wicket for a single.

Back of a length and over off, angling in. Rana stays back and sensibly just nudges it wide of point for a single.

A bouncer now, over middle. The ball comes in around head height and Dube pulls it down through square leg for one more.

WIDE. Slower bumper on middle, this one lobs over the batter's head and Rana leaves it alone.

Fuller in length, pace-on and attacking the stumps. Rana gets leg side of the ball and pushes it to extra cover.

SIX! Just over the fielder's head. Back of a length from Henry, a bit slower and around off. Shivam Dube mistimes the pull and ends up hitting it straighter towards long on. Daryl Mitchell stays on the edge of the ropes and leaps up but the ball sails over for a maximum.

Short of a good length and wide outside off, Dube goes for the cut but a bit half-heartedly and fails to get any bat on it.

FOUR! No dramas and Bevon Jacobs did signal a four to begin with. Banged in short over leg stump, Dube gets inside the line and angles the pull down to long leg. The substitute fielder, Jacobs, runs across to his left and puts in a big dive, flicking it back in. The fielder from short fine leg gives him good company and throws it back to the keeper who whips off the bails. The batters had stopped as they thought it was a boundary and replays do confirm the same.

Short again, angled in, pulled away to deep mid-wicket for one.

Back of a length and around off, Rana backs away and jams it down into the off side.

OUT! SHIVAM DUBE IS RUN OUT! That is probably a very unfortunate way for a stellar innings to end. Matt Henry takes pace off and bowls it a bit short on off. Harshit Rana backs away and slams the ball straight down the pitch. Henry does extremely well in his follow-through to get down and get a right hand on it. The ball flicks the fingers and hits the stumps at the bowler's end with Dube backing up well outside his crease. Dube has to walk back for 65 (23) and Henry is absolutely pumped.

Floated up, on off, Bishnoi backs away to go inside out.  Ends up miscuing it back over the bowler's head and they cross for a single.

Pushed through, fuller and on off, Harshit taps it wide of cover for a single.

FOUR! Ish Sodhi should have done better there. Flighted delivery, full and on middle. Bishnoi reaches out in front and gets low for the reverse. The ball is ballooned off a top edge and Sodhi runs forward before putting in the slide. He fails to get his body behind the ball and it bounces past him for a four.

Fractionally short, on middle, Ravi pulls it to deep mid-wicket for one.

Nicely bowled! Shorter and wider, turning away, Harshit reaches out to force it away but ends up bunting it back towards the bowler.

FOUR! Easy pickings! Santner is crossed with himself. Santner darts it in at the pads, on a nagging length. Rana walks inside the line and tickles it fine of the diving short fine leg fielder for a boundary. 60 needed off 24 for India.

A bit too short from Ish, on off, Bishnoi backs away and slaps it over cover. Matt Henry gets around in the deep and the second run was always on but Rana slipped at the batting end and the batters had to settle with one.

Sliding on with the arm, short and it stays a bit low. Rana backs away to go through the off side. Ends up chopping it down to point.

OUT! CAUGHT! End of a scratchy stay for Rana. Cleverly bowled by Sodhi. He spots Harshit stepping out and he fires it full and wide. Rana reaches out to lay some bat on it. Gets it off the outer half and it lobs to short third, where Rachin Ravindra takes a dolly. India are now 7 down for 157, needing 59 runs from 21 balls.

Out comes the googly, on a length, outside off. Arshdeep gets down on a knee and attempts the slog sweep but is beaten as the ball goes over the blade.

OUT! TAKEN! Expertly held by Mitchell Santner! Sodhi pushes it through, on middle. Not all that short to hang deep in the crease. Arshdeep walks across the stumps and has a swipe across the line. A top edge is found and it goes towards the vacant mid on region. Santner turns around and goes after it. He keeps his eyes on the ball all the way through and takes the catch close to his chest. Two wickets in the over for Sodhi.

FOUR! Good shot! Floated up, googly on middle, Bumrah drops on a knee and gets his hands out in front for the sweep. He plays it in front of square and wide of deep mid-wicket for a boundary.

Loopy ball, on off, Bishnoi has a hoick across the line but he miscues it off the toe end to cover.

More air on this one, full and on off, Ravi attempts the reverse sweep and plays it down to short third.

This is speared in, fuller and quicker, on off, Bishnoi did step out a bit early. He had to adjust in the end by digging it out to cover.

Santner hangs it up there, full and on middle. Bishnoi advances down the track and swings hard. He can only manage to hit it down to long on. They cross.

OUT! CAUGHT! Third wicket of the night for the Kiwi skipper. Santner bowls a flighted delivery, full and around the off pole. Bumrah gets down on a knee and goes for the hard sweep. He is unable to roll his wrists over the ball and the ball drops on him. The ball goes straight up off a top edge and Ish Sodhi does the rest on the edge of the ring at short fine leg.

Looped up, on off, Kuldeep plays the reverse sweep but it goes straight to short third.

Angled in at the hips, on a back of a length. Bishnoi has a swing across the line and smears it to deep backward square leg for a single.

Pushed across the left-hander, on a good length. Kuldeep runs it down to deep third with an open bat face. Ish Sodhi slides in the deep and cuts it off. He slips while releasing the throw but it does not cost any extra runs.

Duffy bowls it on a back of a length at 128.8 kph, on middle. Ravi swings ungainly across the line in front of square for a run.

OUT! CAUGHT BEHIND! That is it for the game. Duffy spots Kuldeep backing away, and he follows him with a well-directed short ball, aimed at the badge of the helmet. Yadav gets his hands high to pull. He gets into an awkward position and takes his eyes off the ball. It comes off the gloves and lobs behind towards the keeper, Tim Seifert, who makes no mistake. New Zealand win by 50 runs!
