The replays show that Haris did not manage to take the bails off on the first attempt and had a second crack at it, which is when one bail came off and that allowed Varma to make his ground with a dive.

OUT! CAUGHT! Abrar Ahmed breaks through for Pakistan! This is cleverly bowled by Abrar, keeping it away from the batter's arc, on a nagging length. OUT! CAUGHT! Shaheen Afridi strikes a massive blow now! The Indian skipper falls cheaply yet again. Afridi rolls his fingers over the ball and angles it across the right-hander, on a length.
