Sticks to the good length channel, this one lands and moves away off the deck. Alick Athanaze has a poke at it but gets beaten. 

Jacob Duffy uses his feel to negotiate the swing, Duffy lands it short and around off, Alick Athanaze swings and misses. 

Into the surface, short and on leg, pulled to deep square leg for a single.

Pace and bounce! Kyle Jamieson steams in and bumps it into the deck, around off and it kicks off the surface. Alick Athanaze goes back, slashes his blade and misses.

FOUR! Here comes the first boundary! Alick Athanaze steps down again, slams this shorter-length delivery, beating mid off to his left for a boundary. Finds the gap well.

Nothing fuller from New Zealand so far! Similar length from Kyle Jamieson, this is close to the off pole. Alick Athanaze flashes his blade and misses.

Wide! Too short from Kyle Jamieson, on leg, Alick Athanaze sits under it.

Targets the body by hitting the deck hard, this is on leg, Alick Athanaze is cramped as he looks to clip it away.

SIX! Fuller-length delivery for the first time and it is punished. Kyle Jamieson gets it to swing across the batter but the length is too full, around off and Alick Athanaze stylishly flicks it over square leg for a six.

Bangs it short and outside off, Alick Athanaze carves it to third man for a single. 12 runs off the over.

With short dimensions behind the keeper, Alick Athanaze tries to scoop this length ball away but misses. It rolls just over the leg pole. 

Short of a good length and on middle and leg, Alick Athanaze makes room to cut but finds the man at point.

BEATEN! Jacob Duffy bowls into the surface and makes it to swing away, outside off, Alick Athanaze walks across the stumps to guide it away but misses.

Wide! Too short, on middle, Alick Athanaze lets it go.

SIX! A couple of sixes for Alick Athanaze! This is bread and butter stuff for him. Short of a length and around off, sits nicely for the left-hander, who pulls it effortlessly over mid-wicket for a six.

At 120 kph! A slower length delivery on the pads, flicked to square leg for a single. 

On a good length and on top of off. Amir Jangoo gets on top of the bounce and punches it to cover.

Flatter delivery, around off, sticks into the surface a bit. Alick Athanaze knocks it to mid off for a quick single. 

Amir Jangoo takes a pre-meditated charge and tries to heave this fuller-length delivery but the ball drifts in to ping him on the pads. New Zealand appeal for LBW but it is turned down.

Drops it short with some width outside off, it is cut to point.

Similar to 4.2! Amir Jangoo once again takes charge. Michael Bracewell pushes it full and just around off, Amir Jangoo manages an inside edge onto the pads as he tries to heave it. 

Flat and outside off, turning away. Amir Jangoo cuts it to point. 

FOUR! The boundary ruins the over! Darting on the pads. Amir Jangoo helps it to fine leg. With rain, the ball skids nicely and beats the chase from Ish Sodhi as well.                   

Excellent start from James Neesham! He bangs this one into the pitch, on off, takes off sharply off the deck. Alick Athanaze has a poke at it but the ball zips past the outisde edge.

OUT! TAKEN! James Neesham strikes in his first over! A break in play may have affected Alick Athanaze's focus, and he has to walk back for 21 off 18. This is a fuller one and on off, angling away, Alick backs away and looks to loft it down the ground, but his bat turns in his hand and he mistimes it. The ball goes high in the air over mid on, where Daryl Mitchell runs backwards, extends his arms, and takes a fine catch tumbling onto the ground. West Indies are 30/1!

Back of a length and on off, Shai Hope punches it to long off for a single.

Swing and a miss! Touch slower, back of a lenth and on off, Amir Jangoo has heave across the line decades early and fails to connect.

Hard length and on middle, skids through a bit. Amir Jangoo fails to flick it away and gets hit high on the pads.

FOUR! Lovely shot! Overpitched and just outside off, Amir Jangoo crouches low, extends his arms to reach out and creams it through covers for a boundary.

Tossed up, full and on middle, Shai Hope drills it to long on for a single.

Goes short and on leg, Amir Jangoo nudges it through square leg for a run.

Flighted, full and on off, Shai Hope pushes it through covers for another run.
