Deepti Sharma achieves historic feat, become only second Indian to record this mighty milestone-

Deepti Sharma scripted history in the second ODI against Ireland. India rode on Jemimah Rodrigues' century and Deepti Sharma's three-fer to bulldoze Ireland by 116 runs to clinch series 2-0.

Deepti Sharma has etched her name in Indian women's cricket history. She has become only the second Indian woman cricketer to achieve a remarkable feat of playing 100 ODIs and 100 T20Is. Deepti has represented India in 124 T20Is and recently played her 100th ODI.

Harmanpreet Kaur holds the distinction of being the first Indian woman cricketer to achieve this milestone. The current Indian captain has a remarkable record, having played 178 T20Is and 141 ODIs for her country. Only a few Indian cricketers, male or female, have surpassed the 100-match mark in any format of international cricket.

Mithali Raj holds the record for the most ODI appearances for the Indian women's cricket team, having played a remarkable 232 matches. Following her are Jhulan Goswami with 204 ODIs, Harmanpreet Kaur with 141, Anjum Chopra with 127, and Amita Sharma with 116.

Harmanpreet Kaur leads the list of Indian women cricketers with the most T20I appearances, having played 178 matches. She is followed by Smriti Mandhana with 148 T20Is and Deepti Sharma with 124. Jemimah Rodrigues completes the top four with 107 T20I appearances. Notably, only Harmanpreet Kaur and Deepti Sharma have achieved the distinction of playing over 100 matches in both ODIs and T20Is.

Notably, Deepti Sharma made her ODI debut in 2014 in the match against South Africa. Two years later in 2016 she made her T20I debut.
