George Ross Adair, born in Holywood, County Down on the 21st of April 1994, is a prominent figure in Irish cricket, hailing also from a family deeply entrenched in the sport. A former rugby union player, he transitioned to cricket, finding success with the Northern Knights in domestic cricket. His brother, Mark Adair, shares his passion for cricket and has represented Ireland across all formats. Known for his aggressive right-handed batting style, top of the order, Ross Adair's penchant for clearing the ropes is evident, with one of his proudest moments being sharing the field with his brother, Mark, and achieving his maiden T20I half-century. His explosive power and a remarkable strike rate of above 150 for the Knights make him a formidable force on the field.
