India's star opener Smriti Mandhana has been benefitted in the latest ICC ODI Women's batting rankings riding on her back-to-back stellar performances. Smriti Mandhana has surged to the second spot in the ODI standings after a strong performance in the recent series against Ireland. Mandhana cracked a phenomenal 135 in the third ODI and followed by 41 and 73 in the first two matches.

Mandhana is just one step away from becoming the world no.1 as he currently holds 738 points, trailing only South Africa's Laura Wolvaardt, who leads the list with 773 points. Sri Lanka's Chamari Athapaththu completes the top three with 733 points. Mandhana is the sole Indian player among the top 10 in the rankings.
Jemimah Rodrigues has made evident progress, reaching 17th spot after scoring her maiden ODI century against Ireland. Captain Harmanpreet Kaur, who missed the entire series against Ireland, is currently ranked 15th.
Meanwhile, Deepti Sharma has maintained her position as a top all-rounder, currently ranked sixth in the ICC Women's ODI all-rounders' list with 344 points.
Australia's Ashleigh Gardner has ascended to the top of the all-rounders' rankings after a stellar performance against England in the Women's Ashes. Gardner's impressive contributions, including four wickets and 146 runs, surpassed South African veteran Marizanne Kapp to secure the top spot.
In the bowling rankings, Sophie Ecclestone reigns supreme at the top. Deepti Sharma is ranked fourth with 680 points. Gardner's exceptional performance with both bat and ball played a crucial role in Australia's clean sweep of the ODI series against England.

Her standout performance included a maiden ODI century in Hobart, where she scored a run-a-ball 102. This was followed by another Player-of-the-Match performance in the first ODI at North Sydney Oval, where she claimed three wickets for 19 runs and contributed an unbeaten 42 runs to guide Australia to victory.
Riding on her incredible performances, Gardner clocked a career-high 469 points in the All-Rounder Rankings, surpassing Marizanne Kapp by 25 points. Moroever, she has reached a career-best 648 points as a batter, climbing five spots to break into the top 10 of the batting standings.
