In a video that has gone viral across social media platforms, former India captain MS Dhoni can be seen playing golf with former US president Donald Trump in America. Dhoni and Trump also posed for the camera, as a couple of pictures of the two widely popular figures are doing rounds on social media. The latest video of Dhoni playing golf surfaced a day after the legendary Indian cricketer was spotted watching Carlos Alcaraz's match at the US Open.

Dhoni attended Alcaraz's quarterfinal contest against Alexander Zverev of Germany. In an exhilarating display of tennis, Alcaraz, the current Wimbledon titleholder, showcased his prowess, taking down Zverev in a definitive straight-set win of 6-3, 6-2, 6-4. This victory propelled him into the awaited semifinal, setting the stage for a showdown against Russian tennis star, Daniil Medvedev.
Talking about Dhoni, the global superstar has grown fond of gold in recent years. There are several pictures and videos of Dhoni playing golf alongside another legendary Indian captain Kapil Dev and even with Ravi Shastri.
Thala, as Dhoni is famously known, was last seen playing competitive cricket during the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2023 season. It was a historic season for the Chennai Super Kings (CSK) as Dhoni led the franchise to a record-tying fifth IPL glory.
After the conclusion of the cash-rich tournament, the wicketkeeper-batter underwent knee surgery in Mumbai as he was constantly plagued by the injury during the 2023 IPL season.
After leading the Yellow Army to the promised land, Dhoni promised his fans to make all the efforts possible in order to return and play another year for the franchise. It would be interesting to see if the 42-year-old veteran manages to recover completely and returns to play for the CSK in 2024.
