McMahon's admiration for Trump

At the Republican National Convention in Milwaukee, McMahon expressed her admiration for Trump, calling him "a colleague and a boss" as well as "a friend." Her connection to Trump dates back to her WWE days, where she first met him while serving as CEO. At one point, during a scripted wrestling feud, Trump body-slammed her husband, WWE legend Vince McMahon, and shaved his head live on television.

In her nomination, Trump noted McMahon’s success in growing WWE. After leaving the administration, McMahon chaired the pro-Trump America First Action SuperPAC, a political action committee supporting Trump’s initiatives.
