While a big stratum of fans has accepted the assertion that Conor McGregor is a part of UFC's glorious past, there are still countless fanatics who desire to witness the aura of the Notorious once again. Dana White On Conor McGregor's Return

Despite being inactive and away from the scene for quite a while, a McGregor return is ever awaited, and members of the media does not forget to get an update about his status from UFC CEO Dana White every now and then. However, to the disappointment of those who still reminisce about the impact he created back in the day and cherish the idea of him doing the trademark strut in the ring again, there is no optimism about his potential return.

White has confirmed that McGregor is further away from a UFC comeback than ever.

“He’s not fighting anytime soon,” White said in a streetside interview with Adam Glyn. “I haven’t talked to him in a minute. But I don’t know.”

Conor McGregor has been speaking out on issues beyond MMA, including a high-profile visit to the White House on St. Patrick's Day, where he expressed concerns about Ireland's immigration policies and sought US assistance.

This follows a civil court ruling that Conor McGregor sexually assaulted a woman in Dublin in 2018, which he denies and plans to appeal. The verdict ordered him to pay over £200,000 in damages.
