Bharadwaj Sai Sudharsan, born on the 15th of October 2001, is a young Indian cricketer making waves in domestic and international circles. Born on October 15, 2001, in Chennai, this southpaw batsman has impressed with his elegant strokeplay and growing maturity at the crease. Due to his obvious talent in his junior years, Sudharsan represented Tamil Nadu in several age groups. With 635 runs, he led his team's run charts in the 2019–20 Raja of Palayampatti Shield and he was outstanding throughout the season. In 2021, he made his senior debut and immediately demonstrated his versatility in a variety of situations. He debuted for Tamil Nadu in the Syed Mushtaq Ali Trophy T20 competition and then made his List A debut in the Vijay Hazare Trophy.

In the same year, the Tamil Nadu Premier League (TNPL) proved to be Sudharsan's big break. Sudharsan received a call-up to the India A team for the 2023 ACC Emerging Teams Asia Cup on July 4, 2023. Sudharsan was announced as one of the standby players for the Indian squad that would compete in the 19th Asian Games in Hangzhou on July 14, 2023. In the Emerging Asia Cup match between India A and Pakistan A on July 19, 2023, Sudharsan struck 104 not out of 110 deliveries to lead India A to a decisive win. Soon after some months he made his ODI debut for the national team and got his maiden half-century by scoring 55 runs not out against the Proteas. He continued his form and made a consecutive half-century and helped the Men in Blues to seal the series.
