Robert Lewandowski finally ended his FIFA World Cup goalscoring drought.

His goal doubled the lead against Saudi Arabia as Poland won their Group C match.

It was a much-needed strike, and the forward was seen in tears after the goal.

It was his 77th international goal for Poland.

He has now scored as many goals as Pele did for Brazil.

The record for the most international goals is held by Ronaldo for Portugal.

Lewandowski missed a penalty in their last match against Mexico.

He has played five World Cup games, scoring just one goal.
