After scoring 92 runs in 57 balls against South Africa in this tournament, Shweta scored 74 runs in 49 balls against UAE.
Shweta is the first batter to score two half-centuries in this World Cup, including 30 fours.

Shweta is a Delhi-based right-handed batter. She is also the vice-captain of Team India.
Shweta almost did not play for India after refusing to participate in the U-19 camp due to her 12th exams.
At the behest of VVS Laxman, Shweta spent a few days in the camp and played two matches, scoring a century in the last.
Shweta captained India in the series against New Zealand. She was also the vice-captain in the series against South Africa before the World Cup.
