Story Highlights:

Multiple Baltimore Ravens starters remain listed on the injury report heading into the AFC North matchup.

Game-day availability of key contributors could influence Baltimore’s lineup and strategy.

Baltimore Ravens head into their Sunday night showdown against the Pittsburgh Steelers with multiple injury concerns still unresolved.

As the 8-8 Ravens prepare for a crucial AFC North clash at Acrisure Stadium on January 4, their latest injury report lists 11 players, with several starters carrying designations that could impact game-day rotations.

Marlon Humphrey status in focus

Cornerback Marlon Humphrey is one of the most significant names on Baltimore’s injury report. Humphrey is listed as questionable due to an illness after failing to participate in practice.

His potential absence would be a notable blow to the Ravens’ secondary, as he has been one of the team’s most productive defenders in 2025, recording four interceptions, 12 passes defended, and 61 tackles.

With Pittsburgh expected to lean heavily on its passing game in a prime-time divisional matchup, Humphrey’s availability could shape Baltimore’s coverage strategy.

Ravens already ruled out key contributors

Baltimore Ravens have confirmed two players as out for Sunday night. Defensive tackle Taven Bryan will miss the game with a knee injury despite full practice participation earlier in the week. Bryan has appeared in only two games this season, limiting his overall impact but reducing interior depth.

Wide receiver Rashod Bateman has also been ruled out due to illness after not practicing. His absence removes a downfield option from the Ravens’ passing attack and places additional pressure on the remaining receivers.

Offensive line and defensive front updates

Left tackle Ronnie Stanley remains a concern after not participating in practice due to a knee injury. Stanley has played just three games this season, and his status could influence protection schemes against Pittsburgh’s pass rush.

There is more encouraging news elsewhere along the line and front seven. Andrew Vorhees practiced fully while dealing with a foot issue, and Kyle Van Noy also logged full participation despite a quad injury.

Roquan Smith, who has been a tackling machine with 127 stops and five tackles for loss, practiced fully after being listed with a hamstring concern.

Lamar Jackson trending toward availability

Quarterback Lamar Jackson appears set to play despite being listed with a back issue. Jackson practiced fully throughout the week, a strong indication that he will lead the offense on Sunday night.

In 2025, he has thrown for 2,311 yards and 18 touchdowns while adding 340 rushing yards, remaining central to Baltimore Ravens’ offensive identity.

Fullback Patrick Ricard, tight end Charlie Kolar, and wide receiver DeAndre Hopkins are also trending toward availability after full practice participation, with Hopkins listed under non-injury-related rest.
