New York Giants Injury Report: List of players set to miss Raiders faceoff
New York Giants Injury Report for Raiders clash

Story Highlights:

Multiple Giants starters ruled out or doubtful ahead of the Raiders game.

Injury concerns span the offensive line, defense, and skill positions for New York.

New York Giants head into their Week 17 road matchup against the Las Vegas Raiders significantly short-handed, with multiple starters and rotational players either ruled out or facing uncertain availability.

Giants will visit Allegiant Stadium on Sunday, December 28, 2025, with kickoff scheduled for 4:05 p.m. ET, but their injury report remains one of the lengthiest in the league entering the weekend.

Below is a complete breakdown of Giants players expected to miss the Raiders game, along with others whose status remains in question.

New York Giants players ruled out vs Raiders

New York has officially ruled out several key contributors across the offensive line and defense.

Andrew Thomas (OT) will miss the game due to a hamstring injury after not participating in practice. The veteran lineman has appeared in just three games during the 2025 season, continuing a frustrating year marked by injuries.

Tyler Nubin (S) is also out with a neck injury. Despite playing a major role on defense, Nubin did not practice and will be sidelined after recording 74 tackles and seven tackles for loss this season.

The offensive line takes another hit with Evan Neal (OT) ruled out due to a neck injury. Neal did not practice and remains unavailable after limited appearances in recent seasons.

On the defensive front, D.J. Davidson (DL) and Beaux Collins (WR) are both out with neck injuries, further thinning depth on both sides of the ball. Collins has played four games in 2025.

Doubtful and questionable Giants

John Michael Schmitz (C) is listed as doubtful with a finger injury and did not participate in practice. He has appeared in three games this season, and his absence would further complicate New York Giants’ interior line situation.

Several players remain questionable heading into Sunday.

Joshua Ezeudu (OL) is managing a calf injury but practiced fully, offering some optimism regarding his availability.

Rakeem Nunez-Roches (DL) is questionable with an ankle injury after missing practice. He has posted three sacks and 23 tackles in 2025.

Cordale Flott (CB) is dealing with a knee issue and was limited in practice, while Deonte Banks (CB) remains questionable with a shoulder injury after limited participation.

Illness-related concerns

Demetrius Flannigan-Fowles (LB) practiced fully despite an illness and is trending toward playing.

However, Theo Johnson (TE) did not practice due to illness. Johnson has been a significant part of the passing game, recording 45 receptions for 528 yards and five touchdowns this season, making his status one to monitor closely.
