It was Dallas's seventh consecutive win against New York. Their season record too got better to 2-2.
According to Nielsen, the game attracted an average of 16.22 million viewers resulting in it being the most streamed regular-season game in NFL history also becoming the most-watched game on Amazon Prime Video. The Broadcasting on Prime started in 2022.
The record is a testament to the growing popularity among fans also how streaming platforms are slowly becoming the primary source for watching Live sports.
The initial data reflects only preliminary numbers based on its rating panel. On Monday a detailed analysis of the data including data from set-top boxes, smart TVs, and other streaming devices is expected to be released. It is already a momentary milestone for both NFL and Amazon prime video but the detailed analysis can provide the real picture.

Cowboys on viewership record-breaking spree

Through three weeks, “Thursday Night Football on Prime” is averaging 14.88 million, a 25% increase over last season.
The New York Giants are ranked 29 in the NFL rankings while the Cowboys are ranked 17th in the list. The Cowboys will next face Pittsburgh Steelers on October 7.
