The Kansas City Chiefs, led by Travis Kelce, Patrick Mahomes, and Andy Reid, are striving to make history with a third consecutive NFL championship this season. However, to achieve this goal, they must adhere to strict team rules, one of which is a ban on players and their partners spending the night together before games. This rule also applies to Taylor Swift, Kelce's girlfriend and a devoted Chiefs supporter.

Despite the fan following and new fans the relationship has brought to the league "Rules are rules" have been told to the couple.

Swift too have too adhere to rules

Despite being one of the most famous Chiefs fans at Arrowhead Stadium, Swift is not exempt from the team's regulations. One of the key rules is that players' significant others are not allowed to stay overnight with them before a game. In addition to this, the Chiefs have other strict guidelines, such as an 11 p.m. curfew the night before games, a ban on alcohol, and the requirement to immediately board the team plane after games.

The NFL itself enforces a rule that prevents players from spending the night with their significant others, whether the game is home or away. Players must sleep in hotels during games, and if their partner is present, they must stay in a separate room.

"They leave by themselves, You're more than welcome to go to a game and you can see them after, and then they're getting right back on the flight and they're coming right back home that night," said Jayla Thornton-Cook, wife of Chiefs safety Bryan Cook.

While Swift's schedule is busy with her Eras Tour and Kelce plays weekly from September to January or February, depending on the Chiefs' Super Bowl run, they manage to maintain a sense of balance in their relationship.

"She's very self-aware ,I think that's why I really started to really fall for her, was how genuine she is around friends [and] family, It can get crazy for somebody with that much attention and she just keeps it so chill and so cool," Kelce shared in an interview with Bussin' With The Boys
