Pro Football Hall of Famer Brett Favre is thinking of skipping this year's Super Bowl halftime show, which will be headlined by Puerto Rican rapper Bad Bunny. The Seattle Seahawks will lock horns with the New England Patriots in the big game on Sunday at Levi's Stadium in San Francisco.
On Saturday, Favre replied to a fan's question regarding the All-American halftime show being an alternative to this year's Super Bowl halftime show. Favre tweeted that he won't watch the Super Bowl halftime show because he doesn't know too much about Bad Bunny's music.
"Not familiar with Bad Bunny so don’t know if his music is good or bad. I’m just going to watch what I know Lee Brice, Kid Rock All-American Halftime Show," Favre tweeted.
The NFL's decision to give Bad Bunny a stage for the Super Bowl 60 halftime show has come under criticism. Many have raised issues about the rapper's personality and music style.
As per reports, Bad Bunny will perform his entire set in Spanish on Sunday.
Meanwhile, Turning Point USA's All-American Show will consist of performances from Kid Rock, Brantley Gilbert, Lee Brice, and Gabby Barrett.
Brett Favre lambasts Hall of Fame voters for snubbing former Patriots HC Bill Belichick
Brett Favre shared his take on Bill Belichick not getting inducted into the Pro Football Hall of Fame on his first ballot.
“You know, most of the voters are sports writers," Favre said on his "4th and Favre" podcast. "And probably a good amount of those sports writers were shunned or didn’t get their question answered the way they wanted. Or they were not called on. And they just say, ‘I’m not voting for it.’ That’s my gut.”
Belichick won the Super Bowl throughout 24 seasons coaching the New England Patriots. He also won two Super Bowl as the defensive coordinator of the New York Giants.
