Miami Dolphins wide receiver Jaylen Waddle's future with the franchise has been a topic of discussion for the past few weeks. The Dolphins released wide receiver Tyreek Hill, wide receiver Nick Westbrook-Ikhine and guard James Daniel on Monday.
Jaylen Waddle's future is uncertain with the Miami Dolphins
After the news, an X account 'Adam Ferrell' claimed that Waddle has requested for a release by the Dolphins.
"#Dolphins WR Jaylen Waddle reportedly told the Dolphins front office “me next” after the release of Bradley Chubb and Tyreek Hill. Things are not looking good in Miami," the post read.
However, the report belongs to a parody account, debunking the speculations of Waddle's Miami departure. Malik Washington, Tahj Washington, Theo Wease Jr., A.J. Henning and Terrace Marshall J. are the remaining players on Miami's squad other than Waddle.
The Dolphins are also set to cut edge rusher Bradley Chubb, but the move is not likely to take place until March 11. Dolphins quarterback Tua Tagovailoa is another player who could get traded by the team in the coming days.
