Tyreek Hill sustained a horrific injury during Week 4 of the Monday Night Football game against the New York Jets. The player is now expected to miss the remainder of the 2025 NFL season which had just started. Following this, the Miami Dolphins star is reported to miss out on some amount of money.  

How much money will Dolphins’ Tyreek Hill lose due to injury? 

According to a report in the Daily Express US, the 31-year-old is expected to miss out on $1.4 million throughout the remainder of the 2025 NFL season. The wide receiver was scheduled to earn $1.8 million this season through per-game active roster bonuses. However, the Dolphins’ player will now miss out on $1.4 million of that amount as he is now sidelined for the rest of the season. 

Hill, who was drafted by the Kansas City Chiefs in the fifth round of the 2016 NFL draft, sustained a season-ending injury as he dislocated his knee against the Jets. He has also suffered multiple torn ligaments including his ACL. The player was tackled in the third quarter while catching a pass, which resulted in his leg twisting at an unnatural angle.

Hill was carted off the stadium following the horrific injury. While the exact timeline for his return is uncertain as of now, the goal for the player is to return completely fit for the upcoming season.
