On Wednesday, quarterback Russell Wilson posted a glimpse of his recent trip to Mount Sinai Medical center's pediatric unit. The New York Giants backup spent time with Children and revealed in a post on X that he made a few special calls.

The quarterback then posted that he had an assist from two NFL players to make some of the Children's day even better. Wilson disclosed that he made a call to Philadelphia Eagles running back Squon Barkley and Miami Dolphins quarterback Tua Tagovailoa. The quarterback thanked both of them for the surprise and how much happiness it brought to the children.

"Tis the season! Thanks @Tua and @saquon for surprising and answering my impromtu calls, kids loved it! God be the Glory @MountSinaiPeds @WhyNotYouFdn," Wilson wrote on X.

 

 

Since he started his NFL career with the Seattle Seahawks, Russel Wilson has made a point to visit his children in the hospital. Spreading happiness who are currently fighting illness and injury.

QB Russell Wilson kicked off the 2025 NFL season as the starting quarterback for New York. After starting three games, he was replaced in favor of rookie quarterback Jaxson Dart.

The New York Giants have continued to have a tumultuous season which consisted of coach Brian Daboll being relieved of his duties. The Giants had their bye in Week 14 and Russell Wilson and his wife, Ciara enjoyed some time away.

In a post through Instagram, Wilson shared a series of pictures and videos of their romantic getaway, expressing love in his caption. The couple, who have been married since 2016, enjoyed a walk on the beach and time together under the stars.

“What is done in Love is done well," Wilson wrote.

 

 

Russell Wilson's uncertain future

Wilson penned a one-year deal with the New York Giants in March after playing last season for the Pittsburgh Steelers. It is uncertain where the 37-year-old quarterback will play next year.
