Xavier Worthy finally returned to full practice on Wednesday, which could be excellent news for the Kansas City Chiefs. The wide receiver took part in the full practice on Wednesday after he was sidelined following a dislocated shoulder in Week 1 against the Los Angeles Chargers.

Will Xavier Worthy play against Baltimore as the wide receiver participates in full practice?

It is expected that Worthy will be playing against the Ravens on Monday, September 29. Although this does not provide a clear indication of his return for the Week 4 game, fans are optimistic this time. The 22-year-old still has time to fully recover. Worthy was a limited participant all of this week before he finally made his full return. While ESPN’s Adam Schefter revealed that he was a full participant in the practice, head coach Andy Reid is also hopeful about his return.

As per Pete Sweeney: Reid said:

"We'll just evaluate him. (We'll) take it day by day, but he feels good, so we'll see.”

The former Texas Longhorns player, who came into this season with hopes and expectations, sustained an injury after he collided with teammate Travis Kelce in the NFL opener which the team lost. This cost him the game and the player has not played since then. Worthy, as per a report by Ian Rapoport, was sent to recover and attempt to play with a brace rather than immediately sending him for surgery.

Worthy, who was selected as the 28th pick in the 2024 NFL draft, had returned to practice on September 11; however, the American was unable to make his comeback to the game against the Super Bowl defending champions, the Philadelphia Eagles. The four-time Super Bowl champions lost that game too. The franchise entered Week 3 with a 2-0 record and was fortunately able to win the important match against the New York Giants who are now 3-0 this season, so far.
