The AFC Championship Game will witness the Kansas City Chiefs and Buffalo Bills crossing paths for the fourth time in the postseason in the last five seasons. Chiefs have so far convincingly asserted their authority over the Bills in this phase of the season, however, it is a new season, and the Bills are riding on a positive momentum, which formed after an incredible regular season that includes a win over the Chiefs. Thus, a competitive fight is expected at the Arrowhead tonight.

Colin Cowherd Believes Josh Allen and the Bills Will Get the Job Done Against the Chiefs

It will be Patrick Mahomes vs Josh Allen for the 4th time in the playoffs, Mahomes is 3-0 over Allen, and should his team see off the Bills tonight it will be the first time when a QB will beat his counterpart for the fourth time in the playoffs. Thus, Allen has a big job in his hands and according to Colin Cowherd, he will finally get the better of Mahomes tonight.

The FS1 pundit has been one of the biggest supporters of the Bills and points to a startling stat that suggests

“The wise guys like Kansas City, but I’ve been on the Bills for a month to win the Super Bowl. The winner of this game hoists the Lombardi Trophy. They have a winning record against the Chiefs since Sean McDermott has been there. In nine meetings, they’ve won five… And Kansas City, I think the jig is up. Even if you go to that Houston game, they only had 212 yards of offense, they only averaged four yards a play.”

Thus, Colin Cowherd has given his opinion on the Bills vs Chiefs game, and now what remains to be seen is what will transpire on the field. If the Chiefs win and make it to the Super Bowl 49, it will be their third Super Bowl in a row, which will further solidify their chances of completing an unprecedented 3-peat. On the other hand, Buffalo Bills have the chance to end the drought of 31 years. It was the year 1994 when the Bills last made it to the grandest stage.
