India and Pakistan are Asia Cup 2025 finalists.

India and Pakistan played their first ever Asia Cup final in 2025.

India pace spearhead Jasprit Bumrah reckons that the Suryakumar Yadav-led side are not under pressure in the Asia Cup 2025 final against Pakistan at Dubai International Stadium in Dubai. The legendary speedster believes that the side takes confidence from previous games, but they didn't go too high or too low against any opposition in the continental tournament.

Defending champions India are unbeaten in the Asia Cup, winning their three group stage matches and three Super Fours in the mega event taking place in the UAE. Ahead of the Asia Cup 2025 title decider, Bumrah believes that the team should focus on their strengths and combinations.

"Any game you start from zero, you take the confidence from previous games and you don't go too high, too low against any opposition. We've always maintained that. We've always felt like when we focus on our team, we focus on our strengths and our combinations, we usually do well. When we focus too much on the opposition, the other team, what they are looking to do, it doesn't really concern us. We look at ourselves. We do our processes. We tick our boxes" Bumrah told broadcasters.

Bumrah recently made headlines after he was seen bowling three overs on the trot in the power play, saying the team wanted him to do the same.

"Yeah, it's a different role. The team has wanted to use me up front in three overs, so yeah, that's something which is very new for me as well because I've not been used to doing this role" Bumrah also said.
