India vs Bangladesh 2nd T20: Suryakumar Yadav-led Team India defeated Bangladesh by 86 runs in the second T20 after scoring a huge score of 221 runs due to the stormy innings of Nitish Kumar Reddy (74) and Rinku Singh (53). With this, the Men in Blue side has also sealed the three-match T20 series against Bangladesh by 2-0. Nitish, who made a splash in batting for India, also took two wickets in bowling. Due to this Bangladesh team could score only 135 runs in Delhi ground and had to face defeat by 86 runs. Now the final match of the series will be played on 12th October in Hyderabad.

India lost three early wickets

Bangladesh won the toss and decided to bowl first at the Arun Jaitley Ground in Delhi. In response, Team India's start was not good as Sanju Samson (10), Abhishek Sharma (15) and Suryakumar Yadav (8) were dismissed cheaply. Due to this three wickets had fallen till India's score of 41 runs.

Nitish, Rinku turn tables

For Team India, which lost three wickets at 41, Nitish Kumar Reddy came to bat at number four and took the lead along with Rinku Singh. There was a partnership of 108 runs for the fourth wicket between Rinku and Nitish before the latter returned to the dugout after scoring 74 runs in 34 balls with four fours and seven sixes.

In this way, Nitish scored his first fifty in the second T20 International match itself. After Nitish, Rinku Singh also scored 53 runs in 29 balls with five fours and three sixes. In the end, Hardik Pandya played an innings of 32 runs in 19 balls with two fours and two sixes. Due to this India made a huge score of 221 runs in 20 overs for nine wickets. Rishad Hussain took the maximum of three wickets for Bangladesh.

Bangladesh retricted to 135/9

In reply to the target of 222 runs, Bangladesh did not have a good start and by the time the score was 80 runs, five wickets had fallen. For them, Parvez Hossain (16), Litton Das (14), Nazmul Hossain Shanto (11), Towhid Hridoy (2) and Mehidy Hasan Miraz (16) were dismissed cheaply in the top order. No batter from Bangladesh could take a strong stand against the Indian bowlers.

Mahmudullah, who played the last T20 International series of his career for them, definitely tried but he failed after scoring 41 runs in 39 balls with three sixes. Due to this Bangladesh team could score only 135 runs for 9 wickets in 20 overs. Nitish Kumar Reddy and Varun Chakravarthy took a maximum of two wickets each for India.
