Sunil Narine's BIZARRE TROLL to RCB with post saying 'like to bat against them cause their bowling is weak'

Sunil Narine played an iconic knock against Rishabh Pant's Delhi Capitals and helped Kolkata Knight Riders secure a 106-run win in match 16 of the ongoing edition of the Indian Premier League at the ACA-VDCA Cricket Stadium in Visakhapatnam, on April 3 (Wednesday). Along with Narine, Angkrish Raghuvanshi, Andre Russell, and Rinku Singh also played stunning knocks. KKR batting first posted 272/7 on the scoreboard which is also the second-highest total in IPL history, and then bowled out DC for just 166 runs. 

Narine is all over the headlines after his innings in Vizag but there is also another thing that is keeping the Windies all-rounder in highlight. After the DC vs RCB match, Narine unknowingly shared a fake post on his Instagram story that was trolling Royal Challengers Bengaluru. An Instagram post shared fake quotes from Sunil Narine.

“RCb ke khilaf tabadtod run banana mujhe acha lagta hai kyoki is team ki bowling kamzor hoti hai (I like to score lots of runs against RCB because their bowling is weak),” the Instagram post shared fake quotes from Sunil Narine.

An account shared this post on their Instagram story and tagged Sunil Narine in it. The veteran player mentioned back this story from his official handle. Narine doesn't speak Hindi and this language barrier eventually led to this bizarre moment.

Sunil Narine's stunning run with bat

Narine has amassed 134 runs in three matches so far in IPL 2024. He has been given the responsibility of providing KKR with a good start in powerplay and he has played this role amazingly. Apart from the opening match against SRH, where Narine got run put after scoring just 2 runs, he has ensured that Knights receive a blazing start in the first 6 overs.

He smashed 47 runs off just 22 balls against RCB. This knock included two boundaries and five sixes. Then he played a blazing knock of 85 runs off just 39 balls and decimated the Delhi Capitals bowling line-up. His knock included seven boundaries and seven sixes.
