SRH to face KKR in Final

Now, SRH have once again earned the opportunity to face KKR in the Final of IPL 2024 and avenge their loss in Qualifier 1, where suffered an 8-wicket defeat at the hands of the Knight Riders. This forced them to face RR in the Qualifier 2.

RR won the toss and invited SRH to bat first. Hyderabad batters failed to turn their starts into big scores except Heinrich Klaasen who hit a 34-ball fifty. Hyderabad could only score 175/9 in 20 overs. However, RR could not capitalise on it and fell short in the second innings. Yashasvi Jaiswal did provide his team with a good start after hitting 21-ball 42 but no other Royals' batter could bank on it. Constant breakthroughs and disciplined bowling restricted RR to just 139/7.
