After losing to Rajasthan, when the Mumbai Indians team departed from the Jaipur ground, Rohit was seated inside the bus. Upon seeing Rohit, fans began chanting slogans loudly, expressing their expectations and admiration for their captain. Fans shouted "hamara captain kaisa ho, Rohit Sharma jaisa ho" and "Mumbai cha raja, Rohit Sharma."
