Highlights:

 69 Position Players are included in the nominations of 2024 All Star team.

The San Diego Padres and Philadelphia Phillies lead the way with 9 nominees each.

The All-MLB Team, established in 2019, recognizes the top performers at each position across Major League Baseball during the regular season. This year, fans can vote for both First and Second Team selections.

Voting is open now until October 11th at 12 PM ET. You can cast your vote once every 24 hours at [MLB.com/allmlb](https://MLB.com/allmlb)  (Spanish version available at Lasmayores.com/todomlb 

Here's what to know about voting:

Consider only regular season performances and Playoffs are not included.
The All-MLB Team Breakdown:
     1 Catcher
     1 First Baseman
     1 Second Baseman
     1 Shortstop
     1 Third Baseman
     1 Designated Hitter
     3 Outfielders (no specific positions)
     5 Starting Pitchers
     2 Relief Pitchers


 Voters will choose from a pool of:
     69 Position Players (including 10 catchers, 10 first basemen, 7 second basemen, 10 shortstops, 9 third basemen, 6 designated hitters, and 17 outfielders).
     46 Pitchers (including 26 starters and 20 relievers).

League Leaders in Nominations:

The San Diego Padres and Philadelphia Phillies lead the way with 9 nominees each. These teams boast established stars like Manny Machado and Bryce Harper, alongside exciting newcomers like Jackson Merrill and Cristopher Sánchez.
 The Los Angeles Dodgers and Houston Astros follow closely with 7 nominees apiece.

 This year's nominees include:
     80 All-Stars, with 60 players who participated in the 2024 All-Star Game.
     6 rookies ready to make their mark.
     45 young players under the age of 28.
     44 international players from 9 different countries and territories.
     6 MVP Award winners, 1 Cy Young Award winner, and 9 Rookie of the Year Award winners.
     39 previous All-MLB Team honorees, including 15 players from the 2023 team.
