Latin Grammy award winner dedicates new track for Shohei Ohtani
Ohtani's name was recently seen in Latin Grammy award winner Eladio Carrion's latest album. The song is titled as Ohtani which is the second track of the album - DON KBRN. It is a Latin trap song and is on one of solo songs that made it's way in the album.
During the second verse, Eladio drops Ohtani's name. He even mentions his name later in the song as well.
Another song on the album which is making headlines is H.I.M. Los Angeles Lakers superstar LeBron James was seen jamming to the song on his recent Instagram story. The album is expected to do well as Carrion has built his legacy over the years and even has a popular song like Coco Chanel to his name featuring Bad Bunny.
Eladio Carrion not the first musician to use Shohei Ohtani's name in a song
This is not the first time that Shohei ohtani's name has been used in a song. The rock group The Baseball Project released a song in 2024, which featured Ohtani's name and the track was called Oh Oh Ohtani.
The Baseball Project group consists of Peter Buck, Mike Mills, Scott McCaughey, Steve Wynn and Linda Pitmon. The group was formed back in 2007 when McCaughey and Mills were inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame that year. Their latest album has 15 songs in it. All the songs are about Baseball, ranging from yips to throwing a curveball.
The fans around the world cannot wait for Ohtani's return to the mound. He has recently ramped up his throwing program in hopes of returning to the mound soon. He threw a bullpen ahead of the Dodgers' clash against Philadelphia Phillies.
