The Nuggets used the Joker card emoji at the end of the post, which further polishes the statement since "Joker" is the nickname of Nikola Jokic. With an unbelievable consistency, Nikola Jokic will emerge as the frontrunner to win his 4th MVP award but for that, he would have to leapfrog Oklahoma City Thunder's Shai Gilgeous-Alexander, who is also having a standout season.
Jokic has been averaging 29.8 points, 12.5 rebounds, 10.3 assists and 1.8 steals per game this season while shooting 57.8% from the field and 45.6% from three. If he could continue to deliver these exceptional numbers then he would join Russell Westbrook and Oscar Robertson as the only players in NBA history to average a triple-double throughout an NBA season.
