Story Highlights:

Paolo Banchero to miss his third straight game due to a left groin strain.

Jalen Suggs upgraded to questionable; Mo Wagner sidelined with a knee injury.

The Orlando Magic will lock horns with the Golden State Warriors on Tuesday. They have placed seven players on the injury report ahead of their marquee clash. The uncertainty about Paolo Banchero remained as the star forward was once again ruled out, while there was a big change in Jalen Suggs status.

Latest update on Paolo Banchero

Banchero is recovering from a left groin strain and will miss his third back-to-back game. The uber-versatile wing picked up the injury on November 12 when the Magic registered a big 124-107 win against the New York Knicks. In two  without Banchero, Orlando won one against the weak Brooklyn Nets while facing 117-113 overtime defeat against the Houston Rockets.

Change in Jalen Suggs

Jalen Suggs is placed as questionable after he missed the last game because of a sore right groin. A final confirmation of his status will be announced when coach Jamahl Mosely addresses the pregame presser. Meanwhile, Franz Wagener is available to play, but will continue to wear a face mask after recently breaking his nose.

List of ruled out players

Jamal Cain, Colin Castelon, Orlando Robinson and Moritz Wagner are ruled out of the Warriors game. Cain, Castleton and Robinson are with the G League team, while Mo Wagner is on the sidelines because of a left knee injury.

The Orlando Magic have faced inconsistencies in the first quarter of the season. The team is holding on to the last play-in spot with a 7-7 record.
