India's star all-rounder Hardik Pandya has finally parted ways with Natasa Stankovic. Hardik confirmed his divorce with Serbian model in an Instagram post. A statement released on Thursday evening (July 18) by the couple confirmed their separation. They described it as a difficult decision but emphasised their commitment to co-parenting their son, Agastya.
Hardik Pandya, Natasa Stankovic part ways
"After 4 years of being together, Natasa and I have decided to mutually part ways. We tried our best together and gave it our all, and we believe this is in the best interest for the both of us. This was a tough decision for us to make, given the joy, mutual respect and companionship we enjoyed together and as we grew a family," Hardik's Instagram post read.
“We are blessed with Agastya, who will continue to be at the centre of both our lives and we will co-parent to ensure that we give him everything that we can for his happiness. We sincerely request your support and understanding to give us the privacy during this difficult and sensitive time,” Hardik further wrote.
Speculation about a possible split surfaced when Serbian actress and model Natasa Stankovic removed ‘Pandya’ surname from her Instagram handle and wasn't spotted at any of the IPL matches during Hardik Pandya's first season as captain of the Mumbai Indians. Finally the couple put an end to all the rumours which were doing rounds on internet and confirmed their separation.
Notably, Hardik Pandya and Natasa Stankovic's whirlwind romance began during the COVID-19 lockdown. They tied the knot on May 31, 2020, and their son Agastya arrived a few months later on July 30. In 2021, they reaffirmed their commitment to each other with a beautiful vow renewal ceremony in Udaipur, incorporating both Christian and Hindu traditions. Recent events have sparked rumors about a potential rift in their relationship. Hardik attended a wedding function alone, and Natasa has remained silent on social media regarding Hardik's Cricket World Cup performance.
