Cinema exhibitors PVR, Inox, Miraj Cinemas, and Cinepolis have partnered with Star Sports to telecast all India matches of the upcoming T20 World Cup 2024 which is scheduled to start from June 2 in the USA and West Indies. TV broadcaster Star Sports' head of marketing revealed that the cinemas will transform into mini-stadiums for the marquee event where fans will support team India in their World Cup journey.
Rohit Sharma & Co. are currently in the USA preparing for their opener clash which is scheduled to take place on June 5 against Ireland at the newly constructed Nassau County International Cricket Stadium in New York.
Team India will play the warmup match against Bangladesh before the tournament opener to get familiar with the conditions of pitches in the USA.
