The BCCI recently released a partial schedule for the upcoming 17th edition of the Indian Premier League (IPL 2024), with the season set to kick off on March 22 (Friday). The inaugural match of the IPL 2024 will see the reigning champions, MS Dhoni-led Chennai Super Kings (CSK) taking on Virat Kohli-studded Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) at the MA Chidambaram Stadium in Chennai.

So far, the fixtures for the initial 21 matches of the IPL have been disclosed. These games are scheduled to take place over 17 days at 10 different venues across India, beginning on March 22 and wrapping up on April 7, which includes four days featuring double-header matches. The announcement of the schedule for the rest of the IPL 2024 games will be made after the dates for India's general elections are confirmed.
