Jaiswal shatters records for fun

Yashasvi Jaiswal etched his name into the annals of cricket history, breaking an Indian record by launching 12 sixes in a single Test innings, surpassing the three-decade-old mark previously set by Navjot Singh Sidhu. His prowess was on full display against England's legendary pacer James Anderson, a bowler with one of the most formidable reputations in cricket, where Jaiswal boldly hit three sixes in a row. This remarkable feat not only showcased his capacity for scoring expansively but also his audacity to take on the world's leading bowlers without hesitation.

In doing so, Jaiswal also matched the global record held by Wasim Akram for the most sixes hit by a batter in a Test innings, with both players having the distinction of clearing the boundary 12 times in a single innings.
