Dhoni gears up for another IPL season

Dhoni has been a crucial part of the Chennai Super Kings (CSK) since the very first season of the T20 league. Leading CSK to victory in five IPL titles and two Champions League T20 titles, Dhoni has established himself as one of the greatest figures in Indian cricket.

In the 14 seasons of the IPL, CSK have made it to the playoffs 12 times. They are also the reigning champions, having clinched victory in a thrilling final against Hardik Pandya's Gujarat Titans (GT) last year at the Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad.

While Dhoni may no longer be at his peak as a batter, his prowess with the gloves and leadership abilities continue to be highly valuable for the Yellow Army.

Dhoni arrived in Chennai on March 5 for IPL 2024. He is anticipated to take the field when CSK goes head-to-head against the Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) on March 22 at the MA Chidambaram Stadium in Chennai.
