Indian Captain Rohit Sharma got emotional after India defeated England in the semifinal of T20 World Cup 2024 by 68 runs at Providence Stadium in Georgetown, Guyana on June 28 in a rain-affected match. Team India will now face South Africa in the grand finale which will take place on June 29 at Kensington Oval in Bridgetown, Barbados.
With this win India took the revenge of their 2022 T20 World Cup loss where India defeated the Men in Blue by 10 wickets in Australia. Rohit Sharma scored a mammoth of 57 runs which helped India put 171 runs. Now after this win Indian captain was seen quite emotional, here is the clip:
