Here are the playing XIs of both the teams:

India vs Pakistan, Asia Cup 2025: India take on Pakistan as Salman Ali Agha won the toss and chose to bat first won in their Asia Cup 2025 Group A clash at the Dubai International stadium on September 14, Sunday. Both India and Pakistan didn't tinker with their respective playing XI and fielded the same line-up which they did in their campaign opener against UAE and Oman. 

What did the captains say after the toss?

Pakistan captain Salman Agha, after winning the toss, said:

"Going to bat first. We've been playing good cricket, very excited. Looks like a slow wicket. Just want to bat first and put runs on the board. Same side. Have been here for 20-odd days and are used to the conditions."

Meanwhile, India skipper Suryakumar Yadav, after losing the toss, said:

"We were looking to bowl first, happy with it. We played just one strip away, was a nice wicket and better to bat on in the night. It's humid so hoping for some dew. Same team."
