The India versus Pakistan Asia Cup Super Fours match was suspended due to a heavy downpour at R.Premadasa Stadium, Colombo on September 10. The play will resume on the reserve day (September 11) right where they left off before rain played spoilsport.
The game will resume at 3 PM IST on September 11. It will be 50 overs per side game. However, India will resume at 147/2 from 24.1 overs. However, the weather forecast for the reserve day does not look promising either and rain interruptions are expected.
Earlier, Azam won the toss and opted to field first. While Pakistan had named an unchanged XI a day before, Rohit replaced Shreyas Iyer with KL Rahul. Rohit said that Iyer had a back spasm and was not available for selection.
