India bullied Australia by six wickets in the second Test at the Arun Jaitley Stadium in Delhi on Sunday (February 19). India summed up the match within three days yet again to take a 2-0 lead and retain the four-match Test series. Indian bowlers looked in hurry on Day 3 as they scalped nine of the Australian wickets inside the first session of the day as the visitors were bundled out for 113, thanks to Ravindra Jadeja's wizardry of 7/42. India then overhauled the lowly target with six wickets in hand as Cheteshwar Pujara, who was playing his 100th Test smashed the winning runs.

Beside Jadeja, who was adjudged the Player of the Match for his exceptional show, Axar Patel (75 off 115) was the other key contributor which propelled India to a convincing win.

After India's emphatic victory, BCCI released a video where Axar and Jadeja shared a hilarious conversation and the companionship between the spinning duo was palpable. In a funny interaction Axar on a lighter note Axar asked Jadeja whether the latter was bowling brilliantly so that the former doesn't get a chance to bowl.

“Sir, meri to bowling aa nahi rahi hai. Axar ko bowling nahi dena hai isliye aisa ball dal rahe ho kya? (Sir, are you bowling like this so that Axar doesn’t get a chance to bowl?),” he asked Jadeja.

While replying to Axar's comment Jadeja said, “The Australians prefer playing the sweep and reverse sweep. My effort was to bowl stump to stump. If they miss and the ball stays low, then the ball is bound to hit the stumps. That’s what happened today when five balls hit the stumps".

Skipper Rohit Sharma made Jadeja bowl most overs for clear reason as he broke Australia's back with his top-notch bowling. Jadeja snared 17 wickets in two Tests so far in the Border-Gavaskar series. Meanwhile, Axar has just bagged one wicket in two Tests, however, he has delivered with the bat when India needed the most.
