A riveting third Test of the Border-Gavaskar series between India and Australia is underway at the Holkar Stadium in Indore. The Day 1 of the contest was entirely dominated by Australia as they first bundled out India for a paltry 109 riding on Matthew Kuhnemann's exceptional fifer and then posted 197 on the board in the first innings to take take an 88-run lead on Day 2.

Indian bowlers too munched on the rank turner pitch and pestered Australian batters in the first innings. Ravindra Jadeja who dazzled with his spin wizardry in the first and second Tests, followed his exceptional form and made Australian batters dance to his tunes as he drew the first blood in the form of opener Travis head who was sent to pavilion on measly nine runs.

After his dismissal, Jadeja attemped to underfire Australian batting line-up and got the world's no. 1 Test batter, Marnus Labuschagne, out on the first ball of the fourth over but unfortunately he survived as Jadeja overstepped. During the first day, Jadeja snared four wickets but he also wasted a couple of DRS, which made Indian skipper Rohit Sharma furious, he was seen using a cuss word for his star bowler in Hindi.

In a viral video, Rohit can be heard saying, “Dekh ball kaha lag raha hai (See where the ball is hitting).”

Here's the video..

Jadeja exercised first review agianst Usman Khawajaas he challenged umpire's call. However, it didn't go well as India lost the review as Jadeja hit Khawaja on the pads, but the replays revealed that the ball had been pitched outside the leg and struck the batter outside the leg stump.

In the 10th over against Khawaja, Jadeja took the second review. The ball once again hit Khawaja on the pads but yet again the replays had something else to offer as it showed that the ball pitched outside off to miss the leg stump. But the obstinate Jadeja didn't give up as he finally got rid of Khawaja in the final session of Day 1 on 60.

Talking about the match, Australia are well in command of the match as India batters once again faltered badly and are reeling at 156/9 after 58 overs.
