India vs Pakistan Champions Trophy 2025 clash will take place on February 23.

India's cricketing legend Harbhajan Singh picked the winner of the Champions Trophy 2025 high voltage clash between India and Pakistan which is scheduled to take place on February 23 at Dubai International Stadium in Dubai. Harbhajan believes that Pakistan are doing really well in cricket and he praised their captain Mohammad Rizwan for his white ball captaincy.

In the exclusive conversation with Sports Tak, Harbhajan believes that the India vs Pakistan clash will be a big match and when it comes to big matches India has always done well.

"Pakistan are currently playing well. They played well in South Africa, they played well in Australia. Their wicketkeeper batter Mohammad Rizwan is doing good captaincy. He is going forward with team. It will be a good clash but I think when it comes to big matches India has always done well We hope that India will play well and win the match" Harbhajan Singh told Sports Tak.

India and Pakistan last faced each other in Dubai back in the 2021 T20 World Cup under Virat Kohli's captaincy where the Babar Azam-led side registered their maiden 10-wicket win against India.

Harbhajan Singh also believes that India will have to go with Yashasvi Jaiswal as an opener to make the left-right combination.

"I would love to see him open the batting for India with Rohit Sharma because if Jaishwal doesn't play now, then when will he play? I think he earned that place. And the way he plays, it will suit India. The combination of left and right is always right" added Harbhajan

Champions Trophy 2025 will start from February 19 where defending Champions Pakistan will take New Zealand in the tournament's opener and the second match will played between India and Bangladesh on February 20. The matches of the showpiece event will take place in Pakistan and Dubai where India will play all their matches in UAE.
