New Zealand star opener Rachin Ravindra is in the form of his life. The star batter smashed a century in the ICC Champions Trophy 2025 semifinal clash against South Africa at Gaddafi Stadium in Lahore. This was Rachin's second century in the ongoing event. 

Rachin took 93 balls to reach the 100 run mark against South Africa. The left-handed batter smashed 12 fours and one six to reach the milestone. 


Rachin has played 31 ODIs where he scored 1088 runs at an average and strike rate of 41.84 and 108.90 respectively.  He smashed four fifties and four centuries in one-day international. He also picked up 19 wickets at an economy rate of 5.96 including a four wicket haul.

Earlier, New Zealand won the toss and opted to bat in their semifinal clash. New Zealand came up with the same playing XI and Tembha Bavuma made his comeback after missing the last clash against England due to illness. 

The winner of the clash will face India in the final as they defeated Australia in their semifinal clash. The final of the mega event will take place at Dubai International Stadium in Dubai.
