From table tennis, it’s Manika Batra who promises India a medal in the games. She has been in fine form and is one of the top contenders from the Indian contingent to win a medal. In track and field, it is none other than the golden boy Neeraj Chopra who recently won a silver medal at the World Athletics Championships is expected to win gold.

Apart from these two, there are big hopes from the Indian Women Cricket team. Led by Harmanpreet Kaur, the in-form team is one of the top contenders after dominating Sri Lanka. From Badminton, PV Sindhu, Lakshya Sen, Kidambi Srikanth etc. are the players to watch out for different events. Tokyo Olympics silver medallist Mirabai Chanu and bronze medallist Lovlina Borgohain are expected to bag gold as well.

Good show in Glasgow 2018
