Virat Kohli, who has been experiencing a dip in form recently, will have the upcoming ODI series against England to regain his touch before the major ICC tournament. The star batter also has the opportunity to become the first player in the world to achieve a big milestone.

A successful series for Virat Kohli could lead to him breaking numerous ODI records. If he manages three scores of fifty or more (including centuries) in the three-match series, he will become the first player globally to achieve 60 such scores in ODIs at home. Currently, Sachin Tendulkar holds the record with 58 fifty-plus scores at home (38 fifties and 20 centuries), followed closely by Kohli with 57 (33 fifties and 24 centuries).

Virat Kohli also has the opportunity to become the fastest player to reach 14,000 ODI runs.
