India's journey in the World Cup has been nothing short of exceptional, maintaining an undefeated streak and clinching victories in all 10 matches en route to the final. This marks India's fourth appearance in the ODI World Cup final, with previous triumphs in 1983 and 2011, coupled with a runner-up finish in 2003.

In the first semifinal in Mumbai, Virat Kohli and Mohammed Shami played pivotal roles in India's success against New Zealand. Kohli notched up a record 50th one-day international hundred, contributing to an imposing total of 397-4. Shreyas Iyer complemented the innings with a rapid 105 off 70 balls. The formidable total set the stage for Mohammed Shami, who delivered a stellar performance with a stunning seven-wicket haul.

Facing a target of 398, New Zealand succumbed, folding for 327 in 48.5 overs. India celebrated a hard-earned and memorable victory, highlighting their teamwork and determination. This triumph secures India a chance at their third ODI world title as they advance to the World Cup final.

As Ahmedabad continues to buzz with festive energy, anticipation builds for the climactic battle at the Narendra Modi Stadium, where India seeks to etch another glorious chapter in their cricketing history. The World Cup final promises to be a spectacle of skill, strategy, and national pride as India aims to add another coveted trophy to its illustrious collection.
