Weather update about toss
The toss has been delayed due to the wet outfield. The rain has been persistent, it does return after stopping for a few minutes which is not allowing the Guyana ground staff to take off the covers. Umpires are yet to give the official time for the toss and are seen having conversations with the captains.
Check overs cut-off time
As there is no reserve day available for the second semi-final match, ICC has given 250 minutes of extra time to this clash between titans. The match won't start losing overs until approx 14:40 local time which is 12:10 AM IST. The cut-off time for 10-over a side match is approx 16:14 local time which is 1:44 AM IST. The reason this time is in approx is that the calculation will vary based on the unique scenarios that might arise further on the day.
