Heavy rain and bad weather threats are looming large over the much-awaited clash between the Indian cricket team and England in the second semi-final of the ongoing edition of the T20 World Cup 2024 at the Providence Stadium in Guyana, on June 27 (Thursday). If wearther plays spoilsport it can be disappointing for the defending champions. Currently, Guyana has been covered with clouds and it has also witnessed heavy downpours for the past few days before the high-octane clash between the two cricketing giants.

Weather update about toss

The toss has been delayed due to the wet outfield. The rain has been persistent, it does return after stopping for a few minutes which is not allowing the Guyana ground staff to take off the covers. Umpires are yet to give the official time for the toss and are seen having conversations with the captains.
