T20 World Cup 2024 winner Team India leaves for Mumbai after meeting Prime Minister Narendra Modi for the breakfast meet after their heroics in the mariquee event hosted by USA and West Indies. Men in Blue will participate in an open bus victory parade starting at 5pm followed by a felicitation ceremony at the Wankhede Stadium.

Before meeting PM Modi, India star batter was seen meeting his family in the team hotel. They will be doing a kilometer-long open bus victory parade from Marine Drive to Wankhede Stadium with the T20 World Cup trophy.

Virat Kohli's brother and sister were waiting for the star player at the hotel room with their respective families. Virat spent some time with them and even clicked pictures. He also made them wear his prestigious gold medal. The video and picture of this interaction is now going viral all over the internet.
Team India will reach Delhi Airport at 2 PM IST where they will catch their charter flight to Mumbai.

Jay Shah and Rohit Sharma urge fans to join the victory parade
Both BCCI secretary Jay Shah and Indian captain Rohit Sharma have requested the fans to join them in their celebrations and the victory parade from Marine Drive to Wankhede as they celebrate the fampus victory in the Finals of the T20 World Cup 2024.
"Join us for the Victory Parade honouring Team India's World Cup win! Head to Marine Drive and Wankhede Stadium on July 4th from 5:00 pm onwards to celebrate with us! Save the date! #TeamIndia," BCCI secretary Jay Shah wrote on Twitter
"We want to enjoy this special moment with all of you. So let's celebrate this win with a victory parade at Marine Drive & Wankhede on July 4th from 5:00 pm onwards. It's coming home," Rohit posted on 'X'.
